International Advisory Board

Edinburgh Business School’s International Advisory Board (IAB) supports the School in its strategic ambitions by providing informed, independent advice from a global and external perspective. Comprising senior leaders from across business, industry and public policy, the Board brings insight into emerging trends, opportunities and challenges shaping the environment in which the School operates.

Operating as an advisory rather than governance body, the Board works alongside the School’s leadership to challenge assumptions, inform strategic priorities and strengthen alignment between academic activity and real-world impact.

The Board plays an important role in:

  • providing external perspective on strategy and performance
  • strengthening links with business, policy and alumni communities
  • supporting corporate engagement and fundraising activity
  • informing the development of graduate skills and employability

Through regular meetings and ongoing engagement, the Board contributes to ensuring the School remains globally connected, relevant and impactful.
