How to apply
You must have a unconditional firm offer to study at the University and firmly accepted the offer before you can apply for accommodation.
All applications must be made online.
The online system will open on 23 March 2020 and close on 26 June 2020.
Please apply as soon as you have accepted your offer. We aim to accommodate all applicants but we allocate rooms on a first-come-first-served basis and rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Once you have received an offer of accommodation you should follow the link on the email to accept the contract online. You are required to pay the full cost of your accommodation within 7 days of accepting your contract. Failure to do so means your accommodation contract is invalid and may be cancelled. If you fail to arrive, it shall be retained by the University, unless you inform us that you wish to cancel the offer before the start date of you accommodation contract.
Please be aware this application is for your summer accommodation while you study on your Academic English programme only; to apply for your accommodation from September onwards, you will need to apply again as a fresher. You cannot do this until you have arrived and registered for your Academic English programme.
Arrival information
When you arrive, please report to the University main reception with a copy of your accommodation contract or booking confirmation. You will then be given your keys and directions to your hall.
The University main reception is open Monday to Friday (08:00 to 20:00) and Saturday and Sunday (09:00 to 17:00). Please let us know if you are arriving outside these times.
Please check the start date and time of your contract before you arrive, as your room will not be available before the date and time stated.
